House Rules

Our guests agree to inform the hosts of any damage or loss however caused, excluding reasonable wear and tear incurred during occupation. You are not allowed to remove any items or furniture from our properties. In the event of a damage/loss or theft to our property, we reserve the right to retain all/part of the deposit paid.

For any damage/loss/theft exceeding the security deposit paid, we may automatically charge a reasonable cost for the repair/replacement using the payment method provided during booking after communicating you.

Our guests agree that no more than the agreed persons shall be permitted at the Property at any time during the rental period. The Guest who makes the booking is deemed to have agreed to the Terms of Vous Group and will be responsible for all persons included in the booking and will ensure that they are all aware of these House Rules. The hosts reserves the right to decline or cancel the booking if the House Rules have not been violated. Anyone who enters the property and where not part of the authorised guests will be charged £250.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and to maintain good relations with our neighbours, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We have installed a noise detector to monitor sound levels and ensure compliance. This device measures noise volume but does not record conversations. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or termination of your stay without refund. Thank you for your cooperation.

At Vous Group, we love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free because some of our clients have allergies.
