You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation with us. Anyone under 18 years old is not permitted to stay in a Vous Group apartments or houses unless a parent or guardian is staying and accompanying them.

At Vous Group Ltd, we offer seamless self-check in services at all our apartments and homes. This means you don’t have to queue at the reception or wait for the host to check you into the accommodation. Prior to your arrival, we will provide you with detailed instructions of how to access the accommodation in advance! 

Our Check in time is 3pm on the day but you don’t have to worry, you can still check in earlier (*subject to availability*) or at your convenience as long as you inform our *guests relations* in advance at guests@vousgroup.co.uk. 

We offer later late check-out up to 12pm. Please contact our guests relations to arrange for this, as late check-out can result in small late check out fee being charged to your account.

Our Check-out is at 11 am and guests must ensure that all keys in their possession, parking, building fobs or parking permits must be returned no later than 11 am as communicated by our guests relations.

Yes, ID are required during check-in. All guests will need to upload their photo IDs into the secure guest portal to complete the verification process. If you have challenges uploading your photo ID, please contact the guests relations at guests@vousgroup.co.uk

At Vous Group, we love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free because some of our clients have allergies.

The maximum occupancy for our rental accommodation is limited to the number of beds present in the apartment or home. Any additional guests that enter the property without our approval and not mentioned during booking or ID check will be classed as a party/gathering. As a result, we will terminate your stay with us with immediate effect and no refund given back. Anyone who enters the property and where not part of the authorised guests will be charged £250.

Yes, we do have free onsite parking to our guests. We offer street parking or a secure parking at a specified location. Please check your property for more details or contact guests department. 

All our service accommodations comes with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, linen and towels, fast Wi-Fi, cable TV with Netflix and much more! Please check your property for more details or contact guests relations. 

We have cameras located outside our properties and at the property entrances for security reasons. Your privacy and security is our priority!

In all our apartments and homes we operate a strictly No Smoking policy and the use of electronic cigarettes or vaping is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that we have smoke detectors throughout our apartments, which alerts us if any smoke has been detected  within the property. Where there is evidence of guests smoking within our apartment, we reserve the right to charge for specialist cleaning. The minimum charge for violation will be equal to the Security Deposit amount to cover deep cleaning.

At Vous Group Ltd, we offer flexible length of stays for our guests, with options for both short, medium and long term rentals. We have hosted many business and relocation stays, from contractors working locally, University students  & hospital staff relocating to the UK needing accommodation for their first few months or  relocation staff.

Yes, security deposit is mandatory and is usually paid prior to arrival upon booking your accommodation. Security deposit is only held as a pending transaction and will not be charged to your account. The amount held is released within 3-7 days after your checkout. However, this is *subject to the inspection of the house or apartment*.

No, our properties cannot be sublet to another guests without our written consent from Vous Group Ltd. Any guests who sublets our property will be in breach of the contractual agreement with Vous Group Ltd and their stay will be terminated the guests will asked to vacate the property with immediate effect.
